2009 SCCA Solo II Rulebook Published

For those of you that Autocross the Sports Car Club of America has published a new 2009 National Solo Rule Book. It became effective January 1, 2009, and supercedes all prior Rule Books. You can get the 2009 edition here in .pdf format.
