Friday Evening Details:

NOTE: We are having a POTLUCK at the park. Located between Cabooses 26 and 27. (The Lewis and Sandke cabooses). DINNER AT 6pm

or

Dinner on your own (if you wish to skip the POTLUCK):  The restaurant at the park has a great menu, otherwise there are plenty of choices in Dunsmuir and Shasta nearby.

No matter where you dine, raccoons and even bears make occasional visits through this area. Please leave no food in your car and secure all food in cabins/cabooses before heading off to bed. Wasps have returned this year, so we will do our best to cover dishes to reduce frustration of these pests.

PLEASE, remember to take all unfinished food you brought with you back to your cabin/caboose.  Anything left once you leave for bed must be discarded into the trash by your hosts. If you don’t clean up, you force your hosts to clean up after you. We want to be on vacation – just like you

POTLUCK LIST LINK

If your wish to share a food item, please let us know what you are bringing to reduce duplication: https://www.punchbowl.com/parties/09fb32023d219f772439

NEEDED RESOURCES: We need your pop-up canopy, tables and fire-pits.  See the POTLUCK link to indicate your item availability. Since some of these items may be large, if it will not fit in your MINI and you wish for Pat Lewis to transport it from San Jose to Dunsmuir, please contact Pat @ love2cre8@mac.com after adding the item to the POTLUCK list. Thank you in advance for adding to the link (list) and either transporting it up or contacting Pat to plan for its transport.
