Tucked away in a cul-de-sac in Fairfield, the brewery/distillery/taproom are a destination for out of the ordinary beer and cocktails. The kitchen is open daily with a delectable menu of upscale pub fare and comfort food that pairs perfectly with the twenty-four taps of classic and funky brews, cocktails, and other hand-crafted beverages. They welcome all parties, large and small, and offer private event space for celebrations or business meetings.
