cars.com's KickingTires blog, December 15th is the most dangerous day for Californians to be on the road. The daily average of accident claims jumps 23% on the 15th. February 14th is the second most dangerous day (ask any husband who forgets a Valentines Day gift) and December 18th is the fourth most dangerous day.
