According to Allstate Insurance Company’s seventh annual “Allstate America’s Best Drivers Report,” via AutoGuide.com, here are the top ten places with the lowest frequency of car collisions and, by the way, Los Angeles was near the bottom of the list with one of the highest frequencies for collisions:
