Rob Einaudi reviews the 2012 MINI Cooper S Countryman ALL4 for Autoholics. Einaudi says, in part:
Finally, the ergonomics. My question for Mini designers is this: are you really trying to do it better, or are you just trying to be different? Case in point: the turn signals. They look like normal turn signal stalks, but they don’t stay put when you engage them. It’s more of a toggle.
