For the past several years MINI has had a designer modify a MINI which is then auctioned at the Vienna Life Ball, an event designed to raise money to fight AIDS. Top Speed reports on MINI's press release that this year's chosen designer is Roberto Cavalli who will design a unique 2013 MINI Paceman.
