You Think California Drivers Are Discourteous?

Then you haven't been to Idaho.  It ranked no. 1 for discourteous drivers in a study by Insure.com.  California ranked 17th.  If you want to be treated right drive in North Dakota, the least discourteous State. Then again, two cars may never meet in North Dakota.
